Job Overview

As Senior Motion Art Director, you will lead the creative vision for all motion graphics and animated content across DLM Capital Group’s multimedia platforms. This role combines artistic leadership with strategic thinking, ensuring our visual narratives effectively communicate our commitment to financial inclusion and economic transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all motion graphics projects, from concept development to final delivery
• Lead a creative team of motion designers and animators
• Develop cohesive visual styles aligned with organizational branding and messaging
• Create innovative animated content for corporate communications, marketing, and digital platforms
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate strategic goals into compelling visual experiences
• Establish and maintain quality standards for all motion design deliverables

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of professional motion graphics and animation experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in corporate and financial communications
• Proficiency in industry-standard software (After Effects, Cinema 4D, etc.)
• Proven leadership experience managing creative teams
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills
• Deep understanding of visual storytelling and brand strategy
