Job Overview

The Contracts Officer will be responsible for managing, drafting, reviewing, and administering contracts across the organization. You will serve as a crucial link between various departments and external stakeholders, ensuring all contractual agreements align with company policies and legal requirements. This position demands meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
• Maintain comprehensive contract databases and documentation
• Monitor contract performance and compliance with agreed terms
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks and disputes
• Liaise between legal, procurement, and operational departments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of contracts management experience
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian commercial and contract law
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and contract management software
