Job Overview

As Warehouse Officer, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, manage inventory control systems, and coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products. You will play a vital role in maintaining warehouse standards, safety protocols, and documentation accuracy while supporting our commitment to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory records and conduct regular stock audits
• Supervise receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling standards
• Coordinate with suppliers and distribution teams
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
• Generate reports on inventory and warehouse performance
• Monitor warehouse equipment and report maintenance needs

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse software
• Food industry experience preferred
