Job Overview

This role is integral to the strategic implementation and operational success of the Government of Japan-UNITAR’s Empowering Youth and Women Programme 2026. The incumbent will play a key part in fostering inclusive development, empowering young people and women in Sub-Saharan Africa through innovative training and capacity-building initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the strategic planning and execution of programme activities.
  • Support the development and delivery of training modules.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement and partnership building.

  • Assist in managing programme budgets and resources efficiently.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of youth and women empowerment issues in Sub-Saharan Africa.
