We are seeking a dedicated and organized Delivery/Dispatch Officer to join our dynamic team and ensure the efficient and timely distribution of our innovative energy solutions across Nigeria.

Job Overview

The Delivery/Dispatch Officer will be instrumental in managing the logistical flow of LVTOPSUN products from our manufacturing facility to our valued customers and partners. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external logistics providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the dispatch process for all outgoing product shipments.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate order picking and packing.
• Schedule and arrange transportation for deliveries, optimizing routes and costs.
• Maintain accurate records of all dispatched goods, delivery times, and recipient information.
• Liaise with logistics partners and drivers to ensure smooth and on-time deliveries.
• Handle any delivery discrepancies or issues promptly and efficiently.
• Communicate delivery updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure all dispatched items meet quality and packaging standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a dispatch or logistics role.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications.
• A valid driver’s license may be advantageous.
