Job Overview

The Business Analyst will play a critical role in supporting LendingTree’s Revenue Operations team by translating complex data into actionable business insights. Working on a hybrid schedule (Tuesday–Thursday in-office, Monday and Friday remote), you’ll analyze market trends, operational metrics, and business performance to inform strategic initiatives and drive continuous improvement across revenue-generating functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and operational inefficiencies
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations and cross-functional teams to define business requirements
• Provide recommendations based on analytical findings to support strategic decision-making
• Support process improvement initiatives and track implementation success

Requirements

• 3+ years of business analysis or related analytical experience
• Proficiency with data visualization and SQL tools
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
