Job Overview

As a Technical Application Engineer at Varicent, you will be a key player in supporting our Mexican client base. You will leverage your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to ensure successful implementation, integration, and ongoing utilization of Varicent’s SPM solutions. This remote position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our clients’ revenue performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for Varicent’s SaaS platform.
• Assist clients with configuration, customization, and integration of the Varicent solution.
• Collaborate with sales and implementation teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
• Develop and deliver technical training and documentation to clients and internal teams.
• Identify and escalate product bugs or feature requests to the engineering team.
• Contribute to the development of best practices and repeatable processes for application support.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a technical application support or engineering role.
• Strong understanding of SaaS solutions and cloud-based technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting complex technical issues.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English.
• Eligibility to work remotely within Mexico.
