Sales Team Lead (Loan and Investment)

Rosabon Financial Services (RFS) Limited, a CBN-licensed non-banking financial intermediary and leading equipment leasing firm, is recruiting three Sales Team Leads for our Loan and Investment division. As a member of the Concept Group and the Equipment Leasing Association of Nigeria (ELAN), RFS has maintained excellence in financial services since 1993. We seek dynamic leaders to drive sales performance and build high-performing teams.

Job Overview

The Sales Team Lead will oversee loan and investment product sales operations, managing team performance, client relationships, and revenue targets. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on sales execution to achieve organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve quarterly and annual targets
• Develop and implement sales strategies for loan and investment products
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching and development
• Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Report on sales metrics and market trends to management

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years sales experience in financial services
• Proven team leadership and management abilities
• Strong understanding of loans and investment products
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
