Job Overview

The Loan Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and closing loan opportunities with corporate and individual clients. You will serve as a key revenue driver, leveraging your sales expertise to expand RFS’s market presence while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients within assigned territories
• Present loan products and customize solutions to meet client needs
• Prepare loan proposals and conduct client presentations
• Negotiate terms and close loan agreements
• Maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Document all transactions and maintain accurate client records

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• Minimum 2 years sales experience in financial services
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Knowledge of CBN regulations and lending practices
