Job Overview

The Store Executive will manage day-to-day retail operations at our Kaduna store, ensuring exceptional customer service delivery and achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for inventory management, staff supervision, and maintaining store standards while promoting our innovative solar energy products to diverse customer segments.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and customer transactions
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and product displays
• Supervise and train store staff members
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Build customer relationships and address inquiries professionally
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
• Report performance metrics and operational challenges to management

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years retail management experience
• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Knowledge of solar products or renewable energy preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems
