Job Overview

The Procurement Executive will be instrumental in sourcing, negotiating, and managing supplier relationships to ensure a consistent and cost-effective supply of goods across all product categories on Konga.com, supporting our mission to deliver exceptional value and fast delivery to our customers nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective procurement strategies.
  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, ensuring alignment with quality and cost objectives.
  • Negotiate favourable terms, pricing, and contracts with vendors.
  • Manage supplier performance and foster strong working relationships.
  • Monitor inventory levels and forecast procurement needs.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and ethical standards.

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in procurement, preferably within the retail or e-commerce sector.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
