Job Overview
The Tender Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management of tender processes for drilling and completions fluids solutions. This includes analyzing tender documents, developing winning strategies, coordinating proposal development, and ensuring timely and accurate submissions that align with Baker Hughes’ business objectives and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation and submission of high-quality tender proposals for drilling and completions fluids services.
- Analyze tender requirements, scope of work, and client specifications to develop effective bid strategies.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, engineering, and legal teams to gather necessary information and technical inputs.
- Ensure all proposals are accurate, competitive, and compliant with tender instructions.
- Manage tender timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time submission.
- Conduct post-tender analysis and lessons learned to continuously improve the bidding process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients during the tender process.
Requirements

- Proven experience in tender management, preferably within the oil and gas or energy services sector.
- Strong understanding of drilling and completions fluids technologies and services.
