Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Van Sales Representative to join our growing team in Lagos. This role is crucial to our direct-to-retail sales strategy, focusing on efficient route management and maximizing sales within assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive a company van to designated retail locations for sales and delivery.
  • Present and sell products to existing and potential customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and managers.
  • Manage inventory within the van and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
  • Collect payments and reconcile daily sales.
  • Identify and report on market trends and competitor activities.
  • Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Proven experience in van sales or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Basic mathematical skills for sales transactions.
  • Reside within Lagos or be willing to commute.
