We specialize in the production and distribution of premium bakery materials, food ingredients, breakfast cereals, packaged foods, non/low-calorie sweeteners, and food additives, alongside our roles as importers and overseas manufacturers’ agents.

Job Overview

The Sales Administrative Officer will provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales department, ensuring smooth daily operations and efficient management of sales-related activities. This role is crucial in maintaining high standards of customer service and supporting our sales team’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and proposals.
  • Manage sales-related documentation, including order processing and record-keeping.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional support.
  • Schedule and organize sales meetings and appointments.
  • Maintain and update customer databases.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of the Nigerian market is an advantage.
