Job Overview

The Manager, Compliance will be instrumental in ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies across PwC Nigeria’s operations. This role demands a proactive approach to risk management and a deep understanding of the Nigerian regulatory landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement robust compliance frameworks and policies.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and advise on their impact.
  • Oversee internal investigations and disciplinary processes.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
  • Train staff on compliance best practices.
  • Liaise with external regulators and auditors.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in compliance, legal, or risk management.
  • In-depth knowledge of Nigerian laws and regulatory bodies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CCEP, CAMS) are a plus.
