Job Overview

The Savings Deposit Mobilization Officer will be instrumental in driving the growth of the bank’s deposit portfolio within the Ajah community. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of microfinance operations and excellent customer engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to attract new savings account holders.
  • Actively promote the bank’s savings products and services to potential customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Conduct outreach activities and community engagement to increase deposit mobilization.
  • Achieve set targets for savings mobilization and account opening.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries effectively.

    • Requirements

  • Minimum of a National Diploma (OND) in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer service, preferably within the financial sector.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong knowledge of the Ajah market and its financial needs.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications.
