Job Overview

The Accountant will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of GTI Group’s financial records and reporting. This position offers the opportunity to work within a sophisticated financial services environment, contributing directly to the operational efficiency and financial health of our London office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review financial statements, general ledger entries, and account reconciliations.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Support internal and external audits.
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Accountant in a professional services or financial services environment.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS).
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
