As a leading indigenous engineering services and contracting firm, we specialize in electrical power and computer environment conditioning, offering unparalleled expertise in Critical Power provision and Data Centre preparations. We control, distribute, transfer, monitor, measure, manage, display, service, and communicate power for critical IT equipment. We are proud manufacturers’ representatives for Emerson Network Power (Italy/USA) and Belotti Variatori.
Job Overview
The Technical Sales Executive will be instrumental in driving sales growth for Toptech Engineering’s innovative solutions within the US market. This role requires a deep understanding of electrical power systems, data centre infrastructure, and sophisticated sales strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and sales targets.
Identify, qualify, and cultivate new client relationships within target industries.
Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations of Toptech’s product and service offerings.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that align with Toptech’s expertise.
Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit.
Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to management.
Requirements
Proven track record in technical sales, preferably within the power engineering or data centre industry.
Strong understanding of electrical power systems, UPS, PDUs, and environmental control for critical facilities.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
