Job Overview

The HR Personnel will be instrumental in supporting the HR department in all facets of human resources operations, ensuring efficient talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance with company policies and Nigerian labor laws across both our Lagos head office and Port-Harcourt branch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process for caregivers and administrative staff.
  • Facilitate the onboarding and orientation of new employees.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR databases.
  • Support the administration of employee benefits and payroll processes.
  • Address employee queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in organizing training and development programs for staff.

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an HR support role.
  • Strong understanding of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
