Job Overview

The Personal Assistant to the CEO will provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Chief Executive Officer, ensuring efficient daily operations and facilitating strategic initiatives. This role demands discretion, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage a wide range of tasks in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings across both Lagos and Port Harcourt offices.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Handle travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing communications on behalf of the CEO.
  • Organize and maintain confidential files and records.
  • Assist with special projects and research as directed by the CEO.
  • Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar executive support role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Discretion and a high level of professionalism.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
