Job Overview

The Associate will play a crucial role in supporting the deal execution and portfolio management functions within Invictus Holdings Group’s private equity and investment banking operations. This position requires a blend of analytical prowess, financial modeling expertise, and strong communication skills, all performed remotely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, due diligence, and valuation of potential investment and M&A opportunities.
  • Develop detailed financial models, including LBO models, DCF analyses, and comparable company analyses.
  • Assist in the preparation of investment committee memos, presentations, and other client-facing materials.
  • Support the transaction process from origination through closing, including coordination with legal, accounting, and other advisors.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of existing portfolio companies.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
