Job Overview

The Legal Officer will provide comprehensive legal support to ASA SECURITY, ensuring compliance with all relevant Nigerian laws and regulations. This role is crucial in safeguarding the company’s interests and facilitating its continued growth and operational integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts and agreements.
• Provide legal counsel on corporate governance and compliance matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from a recognized university.
• Barrister at Law (B.L.) qualification from the Nigerian Law School.
• Admission to the Nigerian Bar.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in a corporate or security sector environment.
• Proficiency in Nigerian corporate and commercial law.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
