Job Overview

The Manager, Provider Relations will be instrumental in identifying, onboarding, and nurturing relationships with healthcare providers to ensure seamless integration into the Reliance Health ecosystem. This remote role demands a proactive individual with a deep understanding of healthcare provider networks and a passion for expanding access to quality care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and recruit new healthcare providers (hospitals, clinics, specialists) to join the Reliance Health network.
  • Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with existing network partners.
  • Negotiate and finalize service agreements and contracts with providers.
  • Ensure provider compliance with Reliance Health policies and quality standards.
  • Monitor provider performance and identify areas for improvement and collaboration.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for provider inquiries and issue resolution.
  • Contribute to strategic planning for network growth and optimization.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in provider relations, network management, or healthcare sales.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, particularly in emerging markets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a remote workload effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and standard office applications.
