Job Overview

The Manufacturing Excellence Specialist will champion lean manufacturing principles and best practices throughout our Swiss facilities. You will identify opportunities for process optimization, waste reduction, and performance enhancement, ultimately contributing to Nestlé’s global reputation for operational superiority.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and sustain lean manufacturing methodologies, including Six Sigma and Kaizen events.
  • Analyze production data to identify root causes of inefficiencies and develop corrective actions.
  • Facilitate cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and implement innovative solutions.
  • Develop and deliver training programs on manufacturing excellence principles.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on progress to management.

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Strong understanding of lean manufacturing tools and techniques.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
