Job Overview
As a Senior Total Rewards Partner, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and managing Remote Remote’s global total rewards programs. You will leverage your expertise to ensure our offerings are competitive, equitable, and aligned with our business objectives and employee value proposition. Key Responsibilities
Develop and refine global compensation strategies, including salary structures, incentive plans, and equity programs.
Design and administer comprehensive benefits programs across various international markets, ensuring compliance and competitiveness.
Conduct market research and benchmarking to inform total rewards decisions.
Partner with HR, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of total rewards initiatives.
Provide guidance and support to HR Business Partners and leadership on total rewards matters.
Analyze program effectiveness and recommend adjustments to meet evolving business needs and market trends.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting and compliance related to all total rewards programs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in total rewards, with a strong focus on global compensation and benefits.
Proven experience designing and managing complex compensation and benefits programs.
Deep understanding of global employment laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
