Job Overview

The SDR Manager will be instrumental in building, coaching, and scaling UpGuard’s Sales Development Representative (SDR) team. This role demands a strategic leader who can foster a high-performing, motivated team focused on generating qualified sales opportunities and driving pipeline growth within our ambitious go-to-market strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and mentor a team of Sales Development Representatives to achieve and exceed pipeline generation targets.
  • Develop and implement effective outbound prospecting strategies and playbooks.
  • Monitor and analyze SDR performance metrics, providing regular feedback and coaching.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing leadership to refine target account lists and messaging.
  • Contribute to the hiring and onboarding process for new SDRs.
  • Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Sales Development or similar outbound sales role.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and leading a sales development team.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and prospecting tools.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
