Job Overview

The Compliance Officer will be instrumental in ensuring Erisco Foods Limited adheres to all relevant national and international regulations, industry standards, and internal policies. This role requires a proactive approach to risk management and a commitment to maintaining the highest ethical and operational integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive compliance programs and policies.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and ensure timely updates to internal procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential compliance risks.
  • Investigate compliance breaches and recommend corrective actions.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance matters.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies and external auditors.
  • Maintain accurate and organized compliance records.

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Compliance Officer or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Nigerian food industry regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of integrity and ethical conduct.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
