Job Overview

The Sales Lead will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities within the SME sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of building and nurturing client relationships and leading a sales team towards achieving ambitious targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to expand our client base.
  • Identify and prospect potential clients, understanding their unique business challenges.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of Owens and Xley’s consulting services.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Collaborate with the consulting team to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably within the B2B or consulting sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the SME landscape in Nigeria.
  • Leadership experience and the ability to inspire a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
