Job Overview

The Human Resource Assistant will provide essential administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department, ensuring the smooth functioning of HR processes. This role is crucial in assisting with employee lifecycle management, record-keeping, and fostering a positive workplace culture aligned with Rainbow Educational Service Limited’s mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and digital.
  • Support the administration of HR policies and procedures.
  • Help organize and facilitate employee training and development programs.
  • Respond to basic employee inquiries regarding HR-related matters.
  • Assist with the preparation of HR reports and presentations.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven administrative or assistant experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
