Job Overview

As an Area Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in driving sales growth and market penetration for Pharma Ethics’ product portfolio within your designated territory. You will lead a sales team, build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and distributors, and execute strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed territory sales goals.
  • Manage, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors, pharmacists, and distributors.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify opportunities and competitive threats.
  • Ensure effective territory management and resource allocation.
  • Provide market feedback to the marketing and management teams.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in pharmaceutical sales management.
  • Strong understanding of the Nigerian healthcare market and pharmaceutical industry.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategic plans.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
