Job Overview

The Account Officer will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining accurate financial records, supporting the finance department, and ensuring the smooth financial operations across our global reach. This position demands a high level of integrity, analytical ability, and proficiency in accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain meticulous financial records and ledgers.
• Process invoices, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Assist with budget preparation and financial reporting.
• Perform bank reconciliations and manage petty cash.
• Support internal and external audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Account Officer or in a similar accounting role.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
