Job Overview

The Aviation Dispatcher Level 3 will be responsible for the comprehensive planning, coordination, and monitoring of all flight operations. This position requires a proactive approach to managing flight schedules, ensuring regulatory compliance, and communicating effectively with flight crews, operational staff, and stakeholders to maintain seamless operations within a demanding environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage flight schedules, optimizing aircraft utilization and crew assignments.
• Monitor flight progress, weather conditions, and air traffic control communications to ensure safe and on-time operations.
• Coordinate with ground handling, maintenance, and support services to facilitate smooth aircraft movements.
• Prepare and disseminate operational flight plans, ensuring all necessary clearances and documentation are in order.
• Respond to operational disruptions, emergencies, and changing conditions with effective contingency planning.
• Maintain accurate flight logs and operational records in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to communicate flight status and operational updates.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in aviation dispatch, with a proven track record in a similar operational capacity.
• Demonstrated knowledge of aviation regulations, flight planning software, and weather forecasting tools.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic operational demands.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Relevant aviation certifications or qualifications are highly desirable.
