Job Overview

The Executive Assistant will be instrumental in ensuring the CEO’s efficiency and effectiveness, managing their schedule, communications, and administrative needs. This position requires discretion, excellent judgment, and the ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO’s complex calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, calls, and mail.
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and track action items for meetings.
  • Conduct research and prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, and visas.
  • Serve as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
  • Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting senior leadership.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant administrative software.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
