Job Overview
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be instrumental in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance Terawork’s brand awareness, attract new users (both clients and freelancers), and drive engagement across various digital channels. This role requires a creative and analytical individual with a passion for the Nigerian digital landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Manage and optimize social media profiles, content calendars, and advertising campaigns to increase brand visibility and user acquisition.
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
Analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant marketing materials.
Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies relevant to the Nigerian market.
Requirements
Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Familiarity with the Nigerian online marketplace or freelancing sector is a plus.
