Job Overview

The HR Manager will be instrumental in developing and implementing comprehensive human resources strategies that align with Abuja Clinics’ mission and values. This role will oversee all HR functions, ensuring compliance, fostering employee engagement, and supporting organizational growth across our Karu, Garki, and Maitama locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Oversee performance management and talent development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs.

  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar senior HR role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Nigerian labor laws.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software.
