Job Overview
The Lead Sales Executive will be responsible for spearheading the sales division in Juba, setting ambitious targets, fostering a high-performing sales team, and cultivating strong client relationships to achieve revenue growth and market leadership for Juban Realty Limited.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
- Drive client acquisition and nurture long-term relationships.
- Oversee the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Requirements
