Job Overview
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth of ISN Medical’s diagnostic solutions within their assigned territory. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and securing new business opportunities, fostering strong client relationships, and achieving ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and achieve sales objectives.
- Identify and qualify new leads through market research, networking, and outreach.
- Present and demonstrate ISN Medical’s product portfolio to healthcare professionals and institutions.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing ongoing support and upselling opportunities.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical support teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales, preferably within Nigeria.
- Strong understanding of the Nigerian healthcare landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Ability to travel within Nigeria as required.
