Job Overview

The Senior Manager, People and Performance will be instrumental in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with ISN Medical’s growth objectives. This role will encompass a broad range of HR functions, focusing on talent management, employee engagement, performance optimization, and fostering a positive organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies to support business goals.
  • Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
  • Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and development planning.
  • Champion employee engagement programs and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support to leadership on HR-related matters.
  • Develop and implement training and development programs.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior HR leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies.
  • Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is advantageous.
