Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and engage prospective students and clients across Nigeria.
  • Conduct informative consultations to understand client needs and aspirations.
  • Present AMS BridgeBlue’s services, education provider partners, and migration options effectively.
  • Manage and nurture leads to ensure conversion.
  • Maintain accurate client records and track recruitment progress.
  • Collaborate with the AMS BridgeBlue Nigeria team to achieve recruitment targets.

  • Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or client-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the Nigerian education landscape is advantageous.
