Job Overview

The Solar Installer will be responsible for the safe and efficient installation of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems on residential and commercial properties. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems, mounting hardware, and safety protocols within the solar industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install solar panels, inverters, and associated electrical equipment.
  • Mount racking systems securely and according to specifications.
  • Connect solar systems to the electrical grid and/or battery storage.
  • Perform system testing and commissioning to ensure optimal performance.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and best practices on job sites.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve installation-related issues.

  • Proven experience as a Solar Installer or in a related electrical installation field.

  • Strong physical stamina and ability to work at heights.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
