Job Overview

The Van Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales within designated territories, managing inventory on their assigned vehicle, and ensuring timely delivery of products to a diverse customer base across Lagos. This role is pivotal in expanding our market reach and reinforcing our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive company van to designated sales locations and customer premises.
  • Promote and sell company products to existing and potential clients.
  • Manage stock levels on the van, ensuring accurate inventory and order fulfillment.
  • Collect payments and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and expand customer base.
  • Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations.
  • Requirements

  • Valid Nigerian driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in a van sales or direct selling environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
  • Basic mathematical and literacy skills.
  • Physical ability to load and unload products.
