Job Overview

NeGxy Concept Limited is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Student Recruitment Counsellor to join our USA-based team. This role is pivotal in identifying, engaging, and advising prospective students on pursuing higher education opportunities with our partner institutions abroad. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of international education landscapes and a passion for student advocacy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract high-caliber students.
  • Conduct comprehensive counselling sessions to assess student profiles and guide them towards suitable study destinations and programs.
  • Provide expert advice on admission requirements, visa processes, and pre-departure preparations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, their families, and educational institutions.
  • Represent NeGxy Concept Limited at recruitment events, information sessions, and educational fairs.
  • Track and manage student applications and progress through the admission cycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in student recruitment, international admissions, or a related study abroad advisory role.
  • Proven track record of successful student placement and counselling.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of educational systems in the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and Ireland.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
