Job Overview

The Marketing Manager, Content & AI Enablement will be instrumental in developing and executing compelling content strategies that highlight Expion Health’s position at the forefront of industry transformation. This role will focus on leveraging AI-powered tools and insights to enhance content creation, distribution, and measurement, thereby driving engagement and thought leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Create engaging and informative content across various formats (blog posts, white papers, case studies, social media, webinars).
  • Identify and integrate AI-powered tools and workflows to optimize content production and personalization.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and subject matter experts to translate complex PBM concepts into accessible marketing materials.
  • Measure and report on content performance, utilizing analytics to inform future strategies.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging AI technologies relevant to content marketing.

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in content marketing, preferably within B2B or a complex industry.
  • Demonstrable understanding of AI applications in content creation and marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CMS.
