Job Overview

The Hospital Sales Executive / Medical Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling DKT’s comprehensive range of medical products to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals throughout Nigeria. This role demands a deep understanding of the healthcare market, strong relationship-building skills, and a commitment to achieving ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve territory sales objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals and healthcare institutions.
  • Educate healthcare professionals on the features, benefits, and appropriate use of DKT products.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Sciences, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in medical sales or pharmaceutical sales in Nigeria.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong understanding of the Nigerian healthcare system and its stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
