Job Overview

RemoteRemote is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager, Payroll Implementations – EMEA to lead our implementation efforts across the European, Middle Eastern, and African regions. This critical role will oversee the successful and efficient onboarding of new clients onto our global payroll platform, ensuring a smooth transition and exceptional client experience. You will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and client satisfaction within a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor a team of Implementation Specialists focused on the EMEA region.
  • Oversee the end-to-end implementation process for new clients, from initial setup to go-live.
  • Develop and refine implementation methodologies and best practices for the EMEA market.
  • Ensure timely and accurate data migration and payroll setup for all clients.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for high-profile clients during the implementation phase.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Product teams to ensure client success.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges during implementation.
  • Requirements

  • Proven experience managing payroll implementations, preferably within a SaaS or FinTech environment.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams.
  • In-depth understanding of payroll processes and compliance across multiple EMEA countries.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in relevant payroll software and implementation tools.
