Job Overview
As a Junior Software Application Engineer, you will contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of software applications critical to our resort’s operations. You will be involved in troubleshooting, testing, and providing technical support to end-users, ensuring seamless integration of technology with our guest services.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and testing of new software features and applications.
- Provide first-line technical support for various software applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with senior engineers on system upgrades and implementations.
- Document software processes, user guides, and technical specifications.
- Participate in code reviews and quality assurance activities.
- Gather feedback from users to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Foundational knowledge of one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#).
- Basic understanding of software development life cycles.
- Familiarity with database concepts and SQL.
