Job Overview
This Director will champion the strategic implementation and optimization of AI and automation within Caul Group’s revenue-generating systems. You will lead a talented offshore team, foster a culture of innovation, and ensure the seamless integration of new technologies to streamline operations, improve data accuracy, and unlock new revenue streams. This role requires a hands-on approach to system ownership and a deep understanding of both technical execution and business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage an offshore team of engineers and automation specialists.
Design, develop, and implement AI and automation solutions for revenue systems.
Audit and optimize existing revenue-generating processes and systems.
Identify and champion new opportunities for AI and automation.
Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of all implemented systems.
Collaborate with various departments to understand their needs and translate them into actionable automation strategies.
Drive continuous improvement in system performance and efficiency.
Requirements
Proven experience in leading technology teams, preferably in an offshore environment.
Deep understanding of AI, machine learning, and automation technologies.
Strong experience with revenue systems, CRM, ERP, and related financial technologies.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex system implementations from concept to deployment.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Exceptional communication and leadership capabilities.
Based in Latin America, with a strong preference for Uruguay, Costa Rica, or Colombia.
