Job Overview

MSI Nigeria Reproductive Choices is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Regional Manager to oversee operations and strategic development within the South West region. This role is crucial for expanding access to our essential services and ensuring high standards of care across all service delivery points. The Regional Manager will be instrumental in driving programmatic success and contributing to the overall mission of MSI Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all MSI Nigeria operations within the designated South West region.
  • Develop and implement regional strategies aligned with MSI Nigeria’s organisational goals.
  • Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality, client-centered sexual and reproductive healthcare services.
  • Manage financial resources, including budgeting and expenditure, to maximise impact.
  • Foster strong relationships with local stakeholders, government bodies, and community partners.
  • Oversee team performance, providing guidance, training, and support to regional staff.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators and service delivery metrics.
  • Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Public Health, Business Administration, Social Sciences).
  • Proven experience in management and leadership roles, preferably within the non-profit or healthcare sector.
  • Demonstrated understanding of sexual and reproductive health and rights in the Nigerian context.
  • Strong financial management and budgeting skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools.
