We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Logistics Manager – West Africa to join our team in Nigeria. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient and effective flow of goods across our West African operations, supporting our mission to improve well-being for consumers across the region.

Job Overview

The Logistics Manager will oversee and optimize all logistics operations within West Africa, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of RB products. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a proven ability to manage complex supply chains.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive logistics strategies for the West African region.
  • Manage and coordinate all inbound and outbound transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities.
  • Optimize inventory levels and ensure efficient stock management.
  • Negotiate with logistics providers to secure favorable rates and service agreements.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align logistics operations with business objectives.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management, preferably within the FMCG sector in West Africa.
  • Proven experience in managing international and domestic supply chains.
  • Strong understanding of warehousing, transportation, and inventory management principles.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in logistics software and ERP systems.
