Job Overview

The HR Business Partner will act as a key strategic advisor, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives across WatchGuard Group Limited’s subsidiaries in Nigeria. This role demands a strong understanding of organizational development, talent management, and employee relations to foster a high-performing and engaged workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support growth and operational efficiency.
  • Provide expert guidance on talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development programs.
  • Manage employee relations, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures.
  • Drive organizational change initiatives and promote a positive and inclusive company culture.
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and recommend data-driven solutions.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
